This standard design is universal and will easily fit most factory and after market round, square, oval, or flat luggage racks and load bars. Fits crossbars that are up to 3-1/2" wide and will accept kayaks up to 3 feet wide and weighing up to 75 pounds. Comes with 2 different sets of bottom mounting plates one curved and one straight (flat), depending on your need. The large "J" style design makes loading and unloading fast and easy and the quick adjust straps that are included make your tie down procedure super fast. All mounting hardware is provided including the quick adjust hull tie down straps, and the bow/stern tie down ropes for added transportation safety. The heavy duty steel design rack surfaces are painted to prevent rust and are padded to protect your kayaks, which will extend the product service life. Carrier is designed to transport kayaks on their side, saving space and due to its efficient design you will still have plenty of room on your vehicle racks to hold other things.
