TrailerPartsDepot's Return Policy

We accept item returns within 90 days of receipt of your order. There is no restocking fee for any new and unopened items. Items damaged or used will not be credited. The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of item returns. In the event of an error by TrailerPartsDepot, we will arrange for the item return. If we are shipping a replacement part and arranging the return of an incorrect part, we must charge the customer's credit card only to ensure the return of the incorrect item. Once the item(s) is received at our location, this charge will be refunded to the customer by the next business day (bank processing may take two to seven business days, see your bank for details). We do not accept returns of special order parts, including, but not limited to, axles. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Authorizations and instructions may be obtained by either emailing or calling (800) 628-1819. A copy of the original invoice is required to be sent with the return and no refund will be issued without the original invoice.
