For 3500 # - 6000 # axles (Works with DEEMAXX 10" and 12" disc brakes, both integral rotor/hubs and cap-style rotor hubs, with the necessary mounting bracket (bracket is different for integral and cap-style brakes).

Integral 12" hub and rotor (one piece), 6 lug on 5.5" wheel bolt pattern

Caliper bracket mounts to 5 bolt brake flange on your axle and fits inside 15" and larger wheels

MAXX Coated caliper and caliper bracket (MAXX plating, during a standard salt spray test, will only begin to form rust at 1008 hours) 

Vented rotor with additional vent holes in the hub cavity to help dissipate heat

3-Year MAXX warranty

The following parts are required for installation and not included with this kit: Inner bearing-# 25580(1-3/4"), Outer bearing-# 15123 (1-1/4"), 1/2" wheel nuts, Grease seal (3.37" OD, inner diameter may vary, please check your wear sleeve OD), and Grease Cap.
