Return Policy

Items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 90 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Installed, used, damaged, test-fit, or altered items are not eligible for return.
  • Special order items are non-returnable. Special orders include, but are not limited to, custom items, non-stock items, made-to-order products, or items shipped directly from a manufacturer.
  • In limited circumstances, returns that do not meet the above criteria may be accepted at our sole discretion. Such returns, if approved, will be subject to a restocking fee, the amount of which will be determined at the time of approval.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • To request an RMA, please contact our customer service team.
  • Once approved, securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, include the RMA documentation, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will receive a refund for the merchandise cost only.
  • Shipping charges, handling fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Defective or Warranty Items

  • Defective products are typically covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
  • Manufacturer contact information is provided for your convenience. We are happy to assist in directing you to the appropriate warranty provider.
  • Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
  • Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund, which may take up to two billing cycles.
